FEASIBILITY STUDY
To begin with, En+ studies and analyzes all the opportunities offered by technologies that aim at rationalizing transformation systems of energy. The goal is to reduce the costs of all energy utilities that users need.
Conducting research, suggesting and sharing the best technical solution with users whilst saving the most energy. |

DESIGN
Analysis, preliminary measurement and design of thermodynamic, electrotechnic, electromechanic and automation features.
Engineering and elaboration of all mechanical drawings, isometrical sketches, P&I integrated piping by means of 3D rendering.
Verification of all the bureaucratic/authorization aspects connected to the accomplishment of the project, up to preparing the necessary authorization requests with their related enclosures.

REALIZATION
Analysis of realization time and work program in agreement with the customer and project.
Supply of all items that are fundamental and necessary to realize a COGEN+ solution. Construction of the entire plant on production site, including pre-testing. On-site plant installation, including building works and all necessary electrical, mechanical and plumbing connections. Technical supervision and coordination of all the stages, verification of technical conformity and compliance to work progress.

PLANT START UP AND TESTING
Organization and supervision of testing stages, start-up cycles and temporary operations arranged with the customer in advance.
Final operating mode.
Performance testing of plant production in accordance with specifications.
Emission control of exhaust gas.

|
MAINTENANCE
Complete management of all operations in regard to ordinary, corrective, preventive and extraordinary service, including supply of spare parts. This service is necessary to maintain performance rating for the entire operating period of the COGEN+ plant.
Chance to manage maintenance partially with the only supply of spare parts, allowing the manager to take care of his own plant’s maintenance.
