BIOGAS TREATMENT

Anaerobic digestion, that already takes place in industrial purification plants, does not always produce a kind of biogas that has the best chemical/physical features.

ENplus can solve this sort of problem by designing and producing proper purification stations for biogas produced by anaerobic process.

In direct function of primary biogas production, several cycles of decontamination are implemented, some of which are systems to cut down H2S through washing and to dehumidify biogas in order to eliminate condensation in the combustion chamber of internal combustion engines.

PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICAL AND THERMAL ENERGY

Biogas thus obtained is introduced in a COGEN+BIO system in order to produce electrical and thermal energy.

BIO+ systems for the industrial field can be placed in previous spaces and building sites. The cogeneration plant can be produced not only in a self-supporting package for outdoors, but also in a package for indoors, with the cogenerator placed on a base, and an indoor sound-reducing case assembled afterwards.

Thanks to our BIO+ systems, it is possible to use the previous structural space, obtaining therefore a neat and tidy system that blends at best into the production site.
